We collect message history between you and the AI to provide context-aware replies and train the AI on your store's products.

5. Meta Data Deletion Instructions | تعليمات حذف بيانات فيسبوك وانستجرام
Zaki AI is an integrated app with Meta (Facebook & Instagram). We adhere strictly to Meta's data privacy rules. You have the full right to request the deletion of your messaging and account data collected via Facebook or Instagram at any time.
How to Delete Your Data:
- From Zaki Dashboard: Log in to your Zaki account, navigate to "Projects", and click "Delete Project". This instantly erases all stored messages, logs, and database entries associated with your Meta platforms.
- From Facebook Settings:
- Go to your Facebook Account’s Settings & Privacy, then select "Settings".
- Under Permissions, select "Business Integrations" or "Apps and Websites".
- Search for "Zaki" or our app name.
- Click "Remove". This revokes all our access to your data.
"زكي" يلتزم بقواعد خصوصية ميتا. لحذف بياناتك المرتبطة بفيسبوك أو إنستجرام، يمكنك إما حذف مشروعك من لوحة تحكم زكي لحذف كافة الرسائل والبيانات فوراً، أو إزالة التطبيق من إعدادات حسابك على فيسبوك من قسم (البرامج والمواقع الإلكترونية المدمجة).
